Prices
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
at the net WAREHOUSE SALE Guarantee
You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund for any reason within 10 days of receipt of goods. (Excluding earrings (unless faulty) and fancy pants ). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Order Acceptance
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
If however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.
When goods are returned and replacement items ordered this constitutes a new contract and all original offers and discounts no longer apply. Shipping charges will be applied to the new order in accordance with our normal delivery policies.
