If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition* within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.
Please include the portion of your packing/order slip that specficies your reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you do not include this information it may delay or prevent your request from being completed. All orders include a pre printed label for return.

How to Return
at the net WAREHOUSE SALE recommends that items sent back using a proof of posting or recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. at the net WAREHOUSE SALE will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Postage cost's incurred to return items will only be re-funded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by at the net WAREHOUSE SALE i.e. if we have made a mistake. We will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.
If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item and wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to credit the cost.
Faulty items will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, at the net WAREHOUSE SALE will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of at the net WAREHOUSE SALE . Please note that it may take up 6 weeks for some faults to be fully investigated by our suppliers.
*Note: Original Condition may mean the following;
Clothing: at the net WAREHOUSE SALE will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us.
Undergarmets (including bras, undershorts, and panties): Racquet Sport Discount will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
