UK Orders
All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Delivery.
Your order will be dispatched within 24hours of ordering. Our delivery service takes 1-2 working days. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email to let you know the reason for delay.
Orders placed before 2 pm are usually dispatched on the same working day. Any orders placed after this time or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday only, Saturday deliveries may occur for orders placed between 2pm Thursday and 2pm Friday. Deliveries will not be made on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.
Currently we do not offer Special Delivery service. This will be added in the future. Special delivery items will be delivered between 8am - 4pm. A signature is required upon delivery, although anyone at the delivery address may sign for the parcel.
If you supply an incorrect postal code or incomplete address then there may be a delay in diespatching your parcel or delivery of your parcel may not be possible. It is not the responsibility of at the net WAREHOUSE SALE to ensure that the address is correct and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your parcel if the address that you supplied is incorrect or incomplete.
Delivery Costs
UK: £2.45 for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item.
Euopean Union: £4.45 for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item.
Rest of the World: £7.45 for the first item and £0.50 for each additional item.
